Laura Henshall is a licensed and active Real Estate Broker and has been working in property management and real estate sales. She has been at the company for 31 years and is President of the Corporation. Laura has assisted clients with many Real Estate transactions both with Income Properties and home sales. Many projects have involved the facilitating of large renovation projects for both the sale and purchase of properties. Laura has managed many properties including single family homes, triplexes, fourplexes to the 36 multi-unit apartment building, along with many commercial properties. Laura also handles many office managerial duties for CFG Investments, Inc. Laura has a Business degree from the University of San Francisco.

Steve Meyer has been with CFG Investments, Inc. since 2009. He is a Vice President with the company. He is a licensed agent. Prior to 2009, Steve worked in customer relations for 20 years. Steve has great knowledge managing all levels of properties from single family homes, tri-plex, four-plex to 30 unit buildings, along with association management of properties. Steve has a proven record in overseeing project renovations, special projects, and handling day to day property management challenges and solutions.  Steve also is responsible for many office managerial duties for CFG Investments, Inc.

Julia Mouser has been with CFG Investments, Inc. 8 years and is an acting Property Manager and licensed agent.
Julia's portfolio concentration is with single family homes and our many multi-unit residential projects.
Julia is very adept at overseeing large unit turnovers and successfully filling these units.

Karen Wong is a licensed agent and represents our firm in the Property Management division. Karen brings 20 years of property management knowledge to our firm. Karen is adept at working on properties from the single-family home to the 20-unit apartment building. She has supervised on-site staff and outside specialty vendors. Karen has language versatility in three languages, English, Chinese, and Vietnamese, which is beneficial to our operation.

Yui Gassner has been with CFG Investments, Inc. in our accounting department for 11 years. She oversees many important functions, such as insurance policy coordination, property set-up, reconciling accounts and many other day to day operations in our accounting department. Yui is not only fluent in English, but also in Japanese. Yui has a Finance degree from California Polytechnic State University, Pomona.

Jim Henshall

Jim Henshall is a licensed attorney and a licensed real estate broker working with CFG Investments, Inc. Jim was a partner at prominent law firms in Orange County during his legal career. During that time, Jim handled matters dealing with the analysis of business contracts and insurance policies. Jim specialized in handling matters involving disputes over damages to residential property and commercial property, the costs to repair property, and the management of real property. Jim also handled complex litigation matters involving disputes over insurance policy coverage related to damages which occurred to real property such as structural losses, fire losses, water damage, and earthquake damage. Over the last 30 years, Jim has represented CFG in business matters and insurance matters, and Jim has been involved in the management of the company. Jim has an undergraduate degree from San Diego State University, and a law degree from University of San Diego School of Law.

Dora brings many years of customer service experience to CFG Investments, Inc. She is fluent in English and Spanish. She handles phone calls, visitors to our office, handling customer service issues. She multi-tasks each day handling several tasks.
